Sheet metal forming processes can be carried out with eccentric and hydraulic presses of various tonnages starting from 40 tons to 400 tons.

Various parts are painted in our daily 300M2 electrostatic powder coating facility. Salt test, cross-cut test, conical membrane test, impact test, Gloos gloss test of the painted parts can be done in our facility. The salt test resistance of the products we paint is 750h.

In addition to the production of aluminum, stainless steel and derivatives fuel tanks, oil tanks, water tanks, chassis parts and fuel tank fasteners for national and international heavy commercial vehicles, profile carcasses of bus midi-bus vehicles can be manufactured.

With the 4 kw and 6 kw fiber lasers available in our structure, sheet metals of various qualities up to 20 mm thick can be cut.
With 320ton 4mt 6 axis cnc press brake, material bending up to 13mm thickness can be made.

We produce with gas metal (mig-mag-tig) and spot welding lines.

In addition to the design and manufacture of a passenger elevator cabin with a capacity of 300-2500kg, on-site assembly processes are carried out.
